Crane Fuel Gauging Systems use proven technology to provide accurate and reliable real-time measurement of the fuel remaining in the primary or auxiliary fuel tanks under all operating conditions. Ideally suited for helicopters, regional and business aircraft, as well as UAVs, these systems consist of light-weight fuel probes which measure the fuel level within each tank. Depending on the aircraft architecture, this information can be communicated via a data concentrator or other electronics unit for computation of total fuel remaining, or directly to the aircraft vehicle management system.
