Definitions

Every effort is made to respond to your request based on the following:

  • Aircraft on the Ground
     - Aircraft that is grounded because a part is not readily available
    - We will advise action taken or ship within 4 hours of request
  • Critical
     - Imminent AOG or work stoppage
     - Require parts by a given date
     - We will advise action taken within 24 hours
  • Expedite
     - Part required in less than normal lead time
     - We will advise action taken within 7 days
