Repair and Overhaul Services
Repair Locations
All of our products can be repaired at our repair
stations. Additionally, some of
the products for Crane Aerospace & Electronics can be repaired at
ELDEC France,
in Bron, France, or
Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering
Company (HAECO) for Hydro-Aire Products. Repair
Fees
We use a flat fee standard repair charge and
test-recertification charge for most products. This flat fee
will be quoted via fax upon receipt of the repair item. Please
provide authorization to proceed as soon as possible to minimize
turn times.
-
Parts returned to us without purchase order coverage
will be held for 30 days, and may be returned at customer expense, if no
purchase order is received.
-
We will notify you that certain non-repairable products
are candidates to be scrapped. If written response to this notification
is not received within 30 days, we may elect to scrap the product.
Long-term Flat Fee Repair Agreements
An alternative approach to standard repair charges is a long-term flat fee repair agreement, eliminating
the need for repair price quotation and customer authorization on every action.
