Boeing MCAIR F/A-18 A/B, C/D, E/F
The USN MCAIR F/A-18 air superiority and ground attack aircraft brake control system uses Mark III paired average analog brake control technology. Operational problems with the original 42-571-1E control unit for the RD&T A/B models resulted in a redesign and allocation of a new control unit part number for the production C/D models. The control unit part number was again changed to accommodate tuning changes required for the higher performance E/F model.
