| Boeing Douglas C-17 The Douglas C-17 is an inter-theatre, long-range, unimproved landing field, four engine turbo-jet military transport aircraft with 12 MLG wheels. The brake control system uses Mark IV digital brake control technology and incorporated platinum resistance brake temperature sensing through two remote temperature data acquisition units (TDAU's).
