SupportWeb

This resource is used to assist our airline engineering and aircraft OEM customers (register) in the support of ELDEC, Hydro-Aire, Lear Romec and PL Porter products. Key features include:

 

  • Technical Inquiries
    Enables our customers to submit and manage technical support inquiries. This interactive question and answer tracking tool is for use by the airlines maintenance personnel that need assistance from our field applications engineers.

 

  • Troubleshooting and Fault Isolation Guides
    Guides are available for battery chargers, battery systems, proximity sensors, proximity switches, and proximity sensing systems and electronics units. The most recent guide available is for the CRJ 700/900 aircraft. Applicable guides include:
     - PSS and AI Faults
     - EICAS MSG
     - MDC Messages
     - PSEU-NVM Data
